Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport Guide (GOT)
Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport serves the Swedish city of Gothenburg. After the closure of Gothenburg City Airport for commercial operations in January 2015 it has become the sole international air transport hub for commercial purposes in the area. Our Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport guide provides useful information regarding terminal facilities, public transport access and nearby accommodation options.
A 24-hour information desk (tel: +46 10 109 3100) is located in the international check-in hall. Staff at the desk can provide help and information on scheduled and charter flights, parking, hotel reservations, lost property and left luggage facilities.
From Gothenburg, take national road 40 eastwards in the direction of Borås. Exit via junction 77 ‘Flygplatsmotet’, and continue south on Flygplatsvägen road, which leads to the terminal. The total drive time to the airport from central Gothenburg is approximately 25 minutes.

Speak to airport staff for further details. Timetables are available from the information desk.
Coach:Flygbussarna Airport Coaches (tel: +46 771 515 252; www.flygbussarna.se) serve Gothenburg and Borås. At peak hours these depart every 15 minutes. The journey time into Gothenburg is 40 minutes, and a single ticket costs Kr. 95.
Taxi:Taxis are available from a number of companies, including Taxi Kurir (tel: +46 771 860 000; www.taxikurir.se) and VIP Taxi (tel: +46 31 271 611; www.viptaxi.se).
Taxi companies often have a fixed rate fare to Gothenburg city and other destinations from the airport. Advance bookings can be made online through Taxibokning (www.taxibokning.se). The price to central Gothenburg starts at around Kr. 500 and the journey time is approximately 20 minutes.
