Hamburg Airport Guide (HAM)
Located a short distance from Hamburg in northern Germany, Hamburg Airport is one of the country’s busiest air transport hubs. Our Hamburg Airport guide includes contact details, as well as useful information regarding terminal facilities, public transport connections and nearby accommodation options.
Airport information desks are located in Terminals 1 and 2. The Hamburg Welcome Centre, located in the Airport Plaza on the arrivals level, provides airport information, travel tickets, event ticket sales, hotel reservations and other services. It is open from 0630 to 2300 daily.
The terminals are linked by the Airport Plaza facility. A free shuttle bus runs between the terminals and to car park P6.
