There are three information desks located in the domestic terminal; two on the ground level and one on the second level before the security screening area. There is no information desk in the international terminal.

Driving directions:

Daytona Beach International Airport is located adjacent to Interstates 4 and 95. From central Daytona Beach, take West International Speedway Boulevard (Route 92) westwards and take the southbound Midway Avenue exit. This road leads directly to the airport terminals. The total drive time from central Daytona Beach to the airport is approximately 15 minutes.

The domestic and international terminals are within a short walking distance of each other.

Public Transport

Public transport road:

Bus:Votran (tel: +1 386 761 7700; www.votran.org) operates half-hourly services (bus 18) from Daytona Beach International Airport. The journey time into the town is around 30 minutes and the adult single fare is US$1.75.

Taxi: Classi Taxi & Shuttle (tel: +1 386 255 8000; www.classitaxishuttle.com) and Southern Komfort (tel: +1 386 252 2222; www.southernkomforttaxi.com) are among the numerous taxi services operating at the Daytona Beach International Airport. There are ATMs on the first floor of the domestic terminal and in the departure gate areas.

Food:

There are two main restaurants within the airport terminal, one serves sandwiches and soups and the other sells pizza. There is also a BBQ restaurant located at the airport's entrance.

Shopping:

A shop, located on the concourse near gate 2, offers newspapers, magazines, gifts, books and travel necessities.

Luggage:

A lost and found service (tel: +1 386 248 8030) is available at Daytona Beach International Airport.

Other:

Daytona Beach International Airport offers a free mail return service for luggage items not permitted aboard flights.

Airport facilities

Conference and business:

The Volusia Room conference room (tel: +1 386 274 0015) on the second level of the domestic terminal can accommodate up to 130 people for banquets, or up to 200 people in theatre-style seating. Facilities here include a video screen, LCD projector and sound system. Communication Facilities:

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout Daytona Beach International Airport. Numerous broadband workstations are also available, located adjacent to the snack bar in the airport's concourse. Additionally, a post box is located outside the main terminal building.

Disabled facilities:

Daytona Beach International Airport provides assistance to disabled travellers with special requirements. Lifts are located in the domestic and international terminals, wheelchairs are available, and there is an assistance line for the hearing impaired. Any passengers who may require additional assistance are advised to contact their airline before travelling.
